Blake Oxenreider
Blake Oxenreider is a Georgia REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Results, helping buyers and sellers throughout Newnan, Peachtree City, Coweta County, and communities across West and Northwest Georgia. Blake is also a member of the Go With Joe & Co. real estate team, where he works alongside an experienced group of professionals committed to delivering knowledgeable, responsive, and client-focused service throughout the region. A Georgia native with deep roots in the western part of the state, Blake combines local market knowledge with an analytical approach to real estate that helps his clients make confident, informed decisions.
Born and raised in Cedartown, Blake earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of West Georgia before making Newnan home in 2019. His background in accounting gives him a natural eye for numbers, market trends, property values, and the financial details that can make a significant difference in a real estate transaction. Whether evaluating an offer, preparing a pricing strategy, or helping a buyer understand the value of a property, Blake believes good decisions start with good information.
Today, Blake has built an active real estate business representing both buyers and sellers across Coweta County and the surrounding region. His experience includes residential homes, first-time buyers, relocation, investment properties, new construction, move-up buyers, land, and listing properties for sale. He has represented clients across a wide range of price points and communities, giving him practical experience navigating different property types and market conditions.
Newnan and Coweta County are more than markets Blake serves. They are where he lives, works, and raises his family. That connection gives him firsthand knowledge of the communities and lifestyles that make this part of Georgia increasingly attractive to home buyers. From established neighborhoods in Newnan to newer communities around East Coweta, Sharpsburg, and Peachtree City, Blake helps clients look beyond the house itself and understand the community, location, commute, amenities, and long-term considerations that go into choosing the right home.

Outside of real estate, Blake is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. He enjoys working out, staying active, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and following Atlanta Braves baseball. As a lifelong Georgian and Newnan resident, he enjoys introducing clients to the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make West Georgia a great place to call home.
