Ongoing training is built in, including weekly sessions, sales meetings, and practical coaching on lead generation, conversion, contracts, negotiation, and daily execution. You will also have access to mentorship and leadership support when you need help on a live situation, not just during class time.
Core marketing support is included, typically things like social graphics, listing promotion support, brand guidance, and access to proven templates and tools. Costs that are usually extra are hard expenses like printing, paid ads, postage, or special one-off vendor services. If something has a cost, you will know up front.
You can do either. Some agents prefer an office environment with meeting space and a place to work between appointments, others run fully mobile or virtual. We support both, and you can mix it based on your season and schedule.
There is a monthly fee that covers access to the brokerage platform, tools, training, and support resources. Additional costs can include MLS dues, E&O insurance, and any optional tools or marketing spend you choose.
